This hike is accessible to most participants, including children, adults, and those with no prior hiking experience. While the trail is generally easy, it includes two short, steeper sections with an incline of approximately 50 degrees. A basic level of fitness is required, and participants should not have pre-existing knee or arm issues that could be aggravated by the terrain.

Activity Requirements
This hike is accessible to all fitness levels.
Participants should wear comfortable clothing and closed shoes suitable for walking in nature.
Bring water, sunscreen, a hat, insect repellent, swimwear, and a towel.
A valid photo ID is required.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Arrive at least 15 minutes before the activity begins.
Not suitable for: Pregnant women, babies in backpacks, children under 10 years old, individuals with mobility impairments, elderly individuals with health issues or limited stamina, people with serious medical conditions, individuals recovering from surgery.
